Hi! I’m Nemanja from Avocado Tree! Together with my friend Nico from Lingxia Gelato Lab, we've created the first guilt-free avocado based gelato!
从小到大，我一直就喜欢吃冰淇凌。对我来说吃冰淇凌的感觉就是幸福感的爆发。但问题是我们如何才能制作出一种美味又健康的冰淇凌呢？创造无罪恶感的冰淇淋就是我们做油梨果冰淇凌的灵感。我们称之为Avo-lato！
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved eating ice cream. The experience of ice cream for me has always been an explosion of happiness. But the question is how do we make something that tastes so delicious also healthy? Solving this problem of where to find guilt-free ice cream was my inspiration for an avocado based ice cream, or gelato. So we will call it Avo-lato!
真希望这次的实验不仅可以为我自己带来快乐，也可以为那些渴望吃到无罪恶感的甜品的油梨树客人带来快乐。
Hopefully this experiment will bring happiness not just to myself but also to our customers at Avocado Tree who are craving a guilt free dessert.
