In October, AvocadoTree in collaboration with Parkview Green’s Philosophy Gym hosted an intense spinning open workout and then a healthy lunch combo of new beetroot and mushroom bowls and burrito with a fresh fruit smoothie.
Many of our customers sit for long hours at the office behind a desk and we hope to remind them through these open workouts to move, get enough exercise, and slowly change their eating habits towards eating real food made of real ingredients.
A quick spinning workout during your lunch hour will help the blood flow, reduce stress, and boost your overall feeling of well-being. Spinning started out as training for professional Track and Field athletes, but become popular as a group class for gyms because of the effective cardio training and low risk of injury. Spinning class is a truly engaging experience, plus, for our 40 minute session,every participant burned on average 500 calories!
